We’re reimagining school, work, and cities for the future. We build startup studios and community spaces, and connect them to students, schools, and neighborhoods. And we’re starting in North Philadelphia with our first Study Hall at Warehouse On Watts.

Study Hall @ Warehouse On Watts (W.O.W.), our flagship space, is home to a membership-based social club, startup lab, and shared workspace. Members get exclusive open access on designated days and nights throughout each month, along with free or reduced-price admission to parties, shows, and other exciting original and member-generated programming.
We connect everyone and everything in local ecosystems, in physical spaces, around social, professional and community programming and events.

We take physical spaces and fill them with social, creative, and community energy.

GET PEOPLE INTO YOUR SPACE
We can transform your existing space, to help grow your customer base, build additional streams of revenue, find local talent to grow your team, and make a positive impact on the community.
INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
We will also buy & develop our own spaces — and/or partner with investors — to build versatile, mixed-use community spaces to meet the diverse needs of a given community.
Community engagement & education
We’re building a model for community education, engagement, and partnership. We connect the energy and activity and actors in the ecosystem (the spaces, projects, and network) to students, schools, and neighborhoods, to create opportunities of all kinds.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
We partner with non-profits, community orgs, and causes, to plan, host, and promote events of all kinds.

SERVICE PROJECTS
We organize large-scale community service events and small projects both on our own, and with partners.

PROGRAMMING
We design workshops, courses, and internship programs to connect schools and students to learning projects.
